Crafty Syntax Live Help (CSLH) is an open source live support solution that helps customer support with live help functionality that can be proactively pushed to visitors to your site or requested by the consumer. With Crafty Syntax Live Help you can customize the clients sides chat window to have your logo and your color choice, monitor visitor sessions and chat sessions at the same time and talk to multiple users at the same time using a unique tab system. With CSLH you can see what the visitors are typing as they are typing their message to you. It appears in a little floating DHTML window seen above with the title "user is typing..". You can also talk to multiple people at the same time with the chat like interface, push web pages, send quick notes, HTML messages, images. Transcripts, Messages, Referers, Page visits, Key words, and more are tracked in the data section of crafty syntax. Referer tracking and page visits can be broken down to domain or directory level to better track where traffic is coming and going.

Windows 8 estimates: 500 million users in 2013

Microsoft expects to launch a new wave of optimism with Windows 8. In a recent statement, Steve Ballmer, chief executive at Microsoft, estimates that Windows 8 will reach a total of about 500 million users by the end of 2013.
